Jesse Poag's primary practice is exclusively in the area of domestic relations and fathers’ rights. Having grown up in the Evansville area, Jesse received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana and his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law.

Jesse Poag has extensive experience in fathers' rights and domestic relations matters including trial, jury trial, appellate and alternative dispute resolution. He became interested in fathers’ rights after representing a few dads and seeing firsthand their frustration with the legal system. He has successfully litigated many cases involving complex custody issues. He has also successfully litigated to trial or settlement complex cases involving millions of dollars in assets. Jesse was featured in Indiana legal publication “Indiana Defender” for successful jury trial work in Southern Indiana.

Jesse also moonlights as an affiliate faculty member for a local university. Jesse teaches courses in business law, negotiation and conflict resolution, and ethics.

Jesse is a member of the State Bar of Indiana, Vanderburgh & Warrick County Bar Associations as well as the Family Law Section of the Evansville Bar Association. Jesse also gives back to his community and is heavily involved in Young Life Ministries.
